    I've had my phone for under three months and it all of a sudden wouldn't turn on or charge or do anything the other morning, I filed a customer complaint with the seller who was supposed to get back to me within 24 business hours and hasn't so much as responded to my multiple messages yet, the phone should be covered under warranty still so I'm just trying to exchange it but I cannot get in touch with the seller. I am very disappointed and getting frustrated.
