    Despite ordering an "excellent condition" S21, I received an extremely beat up device. Scratches across the entire screen and the body looks like it was thrown across the room several times. Not only that, the way they shipped it offered no protection aside from just sitting in a box with no padding. It was free to bounce around and, I'm sure, sustain more damage from the shipping process. This is the second phone I have ordered that did not come in the condition that was advertised. I know not all sellers don't care because I had ordered an iPhone 11 and it came expertly packaged and was immaculate looking. However, this device and another I ordered came looking like trash despite the condition listed.

    Was not in “very good condition” came in a box that had the charger and cable but the phone in a plastic bag just jingling in it no padding then once you look at phone had over spray from paint all over it inside charging port over camera lense etc they replaced the front screen but once you turned on front facing camera immediately saw it was damaged or installed improperly the paint I mentioned above was from them painting the edges to I assume was to cover the scratches this was supposed to be a gift for my wife just overall diss
