    Super nice phone ! So far so good, working just as I had hoped. Only thing .. I figured since I had ordered the “excellent” condition it would aesthetically better looking. Front and back are flawless but the surrounding edges look like they’ve been through it. But honestly still a really good buy. Second phone through back market and will not be my last I’m sure!

    Everything seems to work as normal except the vibration. It works intermittently and is very weak when it does work. Condition of phone was supposed to be Mint but it has noticeable scratches where the case was separated and then put back together. Have purchased multiple phones from BackMarket and this is the first one that is less than expected.

    This was my first time purchasing a refurbished device and I was very optimistic after doing research on the quality of their business. The phone was delivered ahead of schedule which I appreciated a lot. Upon delivery the phone had no charge in the battery. When I connected it to the charger it would never start charging. I saw a thermostat icon on the charging screen. Whenever I tried to turn the phone on it said Temperature too low, charging stopped and immediately turns off. No matter what temperature the phone was in it would not charge. I did all the troubleshooting steps and searched online, and nothing worked. This phone was also said to be in excellent condition, and it was in good condition at best. The phone had several dents on the back camera and scrapes on the other 4 sides of the phone that were visible from beyond 8 inches. In general, the customer service was really good and after returning the phone I received my refund on time. In the future I hope Backmarket raises the standards of the sellers on their marketplace. I lost money on my purchase because of the cost for international shipping to the seller and after this terrible experience I'm very reluctant to ever buy a refurbished device again.

    Bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra, excellent condition. All the lenses were filled with moisture. Tried taking a picture after a couple of hours after receipt of item (have to charge from 0%), and found the picture to be foggy - hence discovered that the phone probably had water damage. Can't even see my face through the front lens, it was totally foggy. Refurbisher did not even tried to clean the phone I think. Very disappointed - first time trying Back Market - this is supposed to be tested and refurbished and in excellent condition. Edges had some dings but glass front was good. Came with a new USB C cable and a sim-card popper, both good. Please process return and full refund.
