    The paint on the sides of the phone in some areas had chipped off. As I used it the following week it has continued to chip off. It functions great except for the aesthetic concerns. I feel that I did not get everything that I paid for since it is not in "very good" condition, but it's a minor thing.

    received a beautiful iPhone 13 pro that seemed great. However, one camera (1x) was always blurry. Sent in for warranty repair and haven't heard from the repair company and have little feedback from Backmarket. It has been in their hands for more than a week. Having to soldier through with an awful backup phone. Not happy.

    The s21 is excellent in appearance. Delivery was a day late because FedEx missed their time window. While the s21 looks brand new the speakers crackle and you can't hear anything if the volume isn't at at least 50. Very disappointing. Now to get resolution for the problem I will have to return the phone and if it can't be corrected I will need to get a refund and wait for a different device. Problem. I used my old phone as a trade in and would be without one for?
