    I bought an "EXCELLENT" condition phone for my son for Christmas. I have purchased a phone listed in the same condition before and that exceeded my expectations and was truly in excellent condition. This phone however, is NOT. The back has a lot of spots on it that can't be removed, not by my methods of trying. It is aesthetically not in excellent condition, more so "good" in my opinion and should not be the price I paid for it. Luckily the phone will have a case on is consistently. I just hope it's better on the inside and as it should be when it's in use. Like I said this is a gift so I will not experience it day to day but we'll see how it holds up once my son gets it.It also was not packaged for shipment well. It was in a box too big for it and not secured, so if the box is shaken you can hear and feel the phone shaking around.Could have wrapped it in a piece of notebook paper or something to protect the outside and screen.

    The ordering, speed of delivery, and aesthetics of the phone was top notch. However, after receiving the phone, setting it up via data transfer cable, home wifi, etc. When I put the SIM in it and attempted to make a phone call, noticed that the ear speaker is blown. I thought it could be the case it was in, however, when I removed it from the case, the speaker sounded like a fuzz box on a guitar amp. I dont want to return it, as all of my data has been migrated. I am an electronics engineer, so I will attempt to repair it myself. Any basic test of the phone would have made it known to an entry level tech that the speaker was shot. Need better QA... It'd be nice if you send me an earpiece speaker in the mail so I dont have to buy one. Not super angry, just another "Honey Do" fix it item on my list. Again, shipping, accessories, aesthetics, etc were fine, however, I had to adjust ratings so the overall rating accurately describes this purchase.. Bit of a bummer, but I would purchase from Back Market again.
