    I have used this "Excellent" condition phone for three days and that was more than enough time to realize that their claim is far from the truth. Not only was there several scratches on the sides AND scratches on the screen, but the phone also showed up LOOSE in the box it was shipped in, no secure packaging whatsoever. My biggest problem is that the phone crashed pretty much every five minutes of use. Luckily it would turn back on quickly and I tried installing system updates to see if it was a software problem and ultimately it ended up happening again except the phone won't turn on again. Three days of use and good care led to a bricked phone in "Excellent" condition. This is my first experience using Back Market and will definitely be my last because this seller lied about the condition of the phone and did an awful job at refurbishing. Definitely DO NOT buy from this seller

    Ordered Galaxy S21 in excellent condition, however the device arrived with scratches about the rear face, and metal boarders around the phone. Closer inspection revealed that the speakers and other holes were filled with dust. The box which it was shipped in as well placed the phone in danger of being broken, I.e poor packaging (no bubble wrap, plastic protection or proper box) In good accordance, the software of the phone, screen and so on is in perfect condition.

    The phone screen was not very protected what so ever, so what could have been a mint condition screen was more than likely ruined in the packaging of the phone. I paid for the excellent quality and it arrived as a slightly above fair phone. The phone turns on and works, the external quality is not what I was looking . I have ordered from here before and was impressed with the quality but this was a let down.

    I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in excellent condition only to receive what looks like a fair condition one. Scratched on some of the lenses, around the cameras, and on the sides. Phone seems to work fine so far and a case covers most of the scratches. But I was expecting a way nicer condition phone for the money.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They sold me an "excellent condition" phone that not only had scuff marks on it, but it completely died within the first week. The first time i let the battery run completely down the phone would not accept a charge and would not turn on at all. It was completely dead. That's where the problems really just began. They're impossible to actually get a response from. After they officially recieved the detective phone back in their possession the communication went to nothing. You'll be lucky to get one reply a day, and that reply will be them trying to put you off to wait even longer. I was suppose to have had a replacement sent to me within 3 business days. It's been well over that at this point, and i haven't heard a single thing from them since i asked for a refund. This place is a scam. They're selling the same phones all as "good" and "excellent condition". They're all junk that they likely got for $5 because they're nearly useless, and they're just hoping the phones last us 30 days. But even if they don't last 30 days, or if you get scammed into paying for their "insurance" you'll never get your phone fixed or replaced. Thank God i paid with PayPal. I'll probably have to wait 15 days to get my money refunded, but at least I'll eventually get it. If I'd paid with my card directly i know i wouldn't be getting my money back. Again, DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY. Amazon has refurbished phones for cheaper than this scam site. If you're needing to use one of the 4 pay options, just save your money for a few weeks and buy from Amazon. By the time you finally get your money back from these scammers (if you even get it back) you'll have already gotten a useable phone from Amazon that actually works. And even if you get one from Amazon that has an issue, Amazon will actually take care of you.

    This phone has definitely been through a rough life with many cosmetic dings on the outer shell, on the camera, and scratches on the screen. All that is fine if the phone was fully functional. Unfortunately, the screen has been replaced most likely due to the original screen being broken and sent in to be fixed and resold. That would normally be fine if the screen is functioning properly, but the phone detects a non-genuine incompatible screen warning, and the screen quality is very visibly distorted from what an iPhone screen should look like in terms of pixel quality and color. Finally, the microphone while recording videos is completely nonfunctional and only records muffled static sounds when playing back the video.

    This was supposed to be a phone in excellent condition and had a lot of scratches on the backside. On the lower portion it has a dent. The camera which has a metal lining is scratched as well. I wish we could see the rating of reviews of the companies that sell us these iPhones before we buy them. Not after we have made the purchase. I wasn’t happy at all. And I buy here frequently.
