    The phone is great, arrived quickly, packaged safely, and condition is excellent as expected. So far it works perfectly as expected. The charger block and cable which came with it were not compatible with each other—the wall block had a usb slot port and the cable did not have a usb end, but we owned other compatible chargers. It was a funny little oversight in my case, but it would have been extremely frustrating if I were switching from android to iPhone for the first time and didn’t have any other compatible chargers. Seller should be careful about that.

    The phone works great and honestly I'm really happy with it. The problem is I ordered a green S22 Ultra in good quality, but the aluminum chassis of the phone is black with a green backglass, internals and S pen. The screen also has some slight burn in of the fingerprint scanner but nothing horrendous and a few scratches around the camera bezels. Therefore my 4 star review.

    Ordered an iPhone 13 pro max and arrived exactly before my trip overseas (after being delayed for several days by fedex and having to hunt it down to their offices to get it!!!). So I took it in its box with me to set it up when I land (Thousands of miles away! ) Setting up the iPhone was easy , but I noticed the sound was not clear. I took it to an iPhone experienced technician to test it. He confirmed that the speakers were faulty and he actually made me hear the noises coming out of the phone. Since I had no other phone to use (my old one was super old that doesn't update anymore), I had to replace the faulty speakers with newer one. These fixes are expensive where I am !!! It cost me $150. I'm pissed that I spent quite the amount to buy a refurbished one that should have been rigorously tested and in a working condition , to find out later that it's faulty but there is noway to return it at the time being to get a replacement.

    The phone itself is wonderful, looks nearly brand new, in great shape. However, we had trouble connecting it. We bought it as a replacement phone for my mother who is on a Verizon plan. Turns out, the phone came from Europe and the SIM cards aren't compatible. It took hours to get the bugs worked out, but thankfully, they seem to be finally resolved.

    Disappointed with the purchase. It is my 4th Apple item purchased from Back Market and I haven't had such problems before. The item came a day earlier, and it still took a while to send it, which I thought was because of testing the phone. Well, I am not sure what exactly they were doing, but the phone ended up not being fully functional. I was fairly happy for the first week, there were no signs of wear, and battery health is at 88% percent which isn't terrible, but considering I paid for "Excellent" condition I expected it to be slightly higher. The real problem started after some time when the phone's touchscreen stopped working properly. At first, it would happen once in a few days, the phone would start being unresponsive to touch and open apps I didn't try to open, recently it started being a big issue, that could not be resolved by rebooting the phone or in any other way. No, I know that there is a way to send the phone to be fixed through Back Market, but I am about to leave the country for the next two months, so that option did not work for me. I ended up going into the Apple Store and getting the screen fully replaced paying 350$. So, in total, I ended up spending more money on a refurbished phone than I could have spent buying a new one. Additionally the screen not being great quality and was faulty (it was most likely replaced, and the replacement certainly was not original Apple), apparently the light sensor in the phone also wasn't working, which was not mentioned on the sticker sent to me with the phone. Maybe the process would be different if I had time to send it back to the seller. I am very disappointed that after spending so much time packing and checking the phone such a major issue was not spotted. I try buying refurbished not only for the price, but also for sustainability, but to be completely honest, after this experience I would rather be safe and go with the new phone, knowing that I might have to pay even more.
