    The phone came in excellent condition, but I did have issues with trying to use my physical sim card with the IMEI number and it didnt work.. so I used the eSIM IMEI number and it worked. Good thing this iPhone has eSIM :) thank you

    phone was labeled excellent. however the exterior was filthy. I had to clean the grime off out of the seams on the phone and clean all of the exterior on my own. it did all clean and there is 1 scratch on the screen. phone has been working well. refurbisher just didn't seem to care about the phones appearance yet still marked it excellent. not the care/quality I have gotten in the past from back market devices. FedEx delivery is a pain. requires signature when they deliver mid day. did online signature to leave the package and they still don't leave it. provided instructions and they didn't leave it. customer service is helpless. took 3 extra days to get delivered to neighbor as they wouldnt leave it at the house. Overall it has all worked out so far...time will tell on the phone quality. just not my typical back market experience.

    Definitely a steal. I was a little doubtful buying the phone off of her seeing bad reviews but i just went with my gut. I had an XR before purchasing off of backmarket and i prayed and prayed that i wouldnt get ripped off. Packaging came in clean condition , cool nice charger. I bought it in excellent condition or whatever was the best one and when it came holy crap it looked like it was brand new off the shelf. I was so surprised after seeing bad reviews it made me not want to buy but i just went with it. If you have the money to buy this get it ASAP. the only downfall of the purchase is that they do guarantee a 85% battery life but that ranges just from 85- to whatever is higher. mine came in 87%. i have no issues with the phone and overall im happy with my purcahse.

    The phone is fantastic honestly. It's a major upgrade from my iPhone 7 plus that I've had for almost a decade. The camera quality is great, the storage is great (I can get more games now!!), the new features I've never had before are great. I will say that sometimes when I'm texting, the autocorrect will suddenly turn off and/or the screen will freeze. I'm able to clear iMessage and it'll return to normal, but it happens more often than I'd like. I don't know if that's because I'm moving between apps too fast or tapping/swiping too fast.
