    Terrible online purchasing experience. After multiple tries to purchase, I called and was told that their software wouldn't allow different addresses for billing and shipping. Since I was sending this as gift, I had to send it to myself, then repackage it and ship it to the gift recipient. That unnecessarily cost me an additional $38 for shipping and insurance. The product wasn't as described. I paid for perfect condition, got fair condition. Supplier gave me $50 credit, Backmarket took $3.45 cents out of that for no reason.
