    I am still waiting on my refund for a phone that was sent to me as a phone in excellent shape but in no way was it usable. The battery would not hold a charge. I asked for my money back as I had an option to do but this associate supplier chose to send the phone back to me. I checked w/your company and was told to send it back to the supplier at my own cost. I have been waiting but no word from your company or your supplier.
