    Pretty good. I purchased a screen shield for it and when I cleaned the screen I noted a faint 5”long scratch. Invisible when screen is lite, and with the new screen saver. One small ding on a backside corner. No other issues I’m aware of. I’m satisfied with it. I’d do it again… and just might when a need comes up!

    We spent over an hour trying to fix the iMessage where it would activate after trying everything and even coming on here we were told that we just needed to return it and also the fact that it was extremely hot. We’ve only had it one day and already have had these issues which is very frustrating because now we have to return it, and my daughter is of course upset because she was very excited to have her own little phone to play with so I’m just disappointed in general. I got another one here about a year ago and it was perfect so I’m not sure what happened.

    Phone had non apple screen installed. The phone screen would turn black and not respond for hours at a time. This was within 24 hour of receiving it. Customer service then replies with a how to charge it website. The phone was not shutting off it still rang and vibrated. Just the screen is faulty or maybe see internal components. Wish I never risked doing business with a company over the internet.
