    Not packaged well. Shipped in a blister pack mailing envelope with it wrapped in a blister pack mailing envelope inside. Still had dirt around camera lenses. It also had a defect with camera. The seller also did not refund within 2 business days of return. Backmarket had to contact the seller to get my refund. Backmarket customer service was awesome they made it easy to return and made sure I got my refund.

    Phone was not as advanced as I thought but the return policy is terrible. Take photos, copy receipts, etc., etc. . Took so much time I decided to just keep the phone. YOU NEED TO MAKE THE RETRUN POLICY EASIER. With any other company one simple puts the item in a return package with an explanation and it is done.
