    The phone I purchased has been reported as "stolen at the point of purchase" and disabled, but the website customer care has no options to reach out for this issue. If the problem doesn't fit into one of the categories of "help," there is no option to simply talk to someone and get help!! I have purchased from Back Market multiple times, but I can't get anyone to help me with this and am beyond frustrated! I left this same review earlier and have had no response until today, when I was asked to review my purchase....again.

    this didn't come with a mounting dock to connect to tv, that's the main reason I bought it so I could play on tv with my wife. I had to go to game stop to purchase one which costed 80$ in total I have paid more than the price of a brand new switch. I feel like an idiot, I really like back market but this seller did me dirty. I would be happy if I can get a partial refund of 80$ to cover the cost of the mounting dock.
