    For the money I paid I expected a better watch. I picked the good condition watch since it states on the app that a good condition watch will not have any scratches on the screen. When I received the watch it has so many scratches that the series 2 that I own is in way better condition. Then on top of that the watch was on the charger for 2 hours and it wouldn’t power on. So yeah for the $360 I paid I might as well spend the extra $200 and buy a brand new one if this are the products that customers received.

    I purchased a T-Mobile phone and when I received it the phone was a different carrier and I had to send it back. I received the phone back after a couple of weeks and it works great. I was difficult to be without a phone that long. I appreciate them using express shipping to send it back, but due to weather going both ways it was delayed and I was worried the package was actually lost because it sat untracked by FedEx for a week. They sent a case back with my phone and put a screen protector on it for me. I appreciate that a lot.

    The quality of the phone was most definitely mint condition, no cracks, dents, scratches, or discoloration. The customer service was wonderful and they helped every step of the way. I did end up returning the phone, only due to it being a bigger phone than I thought. So getting the Pixel 4 instead. Very Pleased!

    Had computer for less than 4 months before hard drive corrupted. Warranty did not cover it so I basically have a $600+ paper weight. What kind of computer has a hard drive corrupted in under 4 months? And I only used it about 1-2 times a week. Complete trash. Will not buy from here again. TRASH!

    Keyboard doesn't function. $700 to fix or I could take a chance and send back to backmarket for "repair".
