    First of all, the box itself was in poor shape and had clearly been used several times already, with multiple layers of different tape, tears, and holes. Secondly, there was no packing material of any kind, so the headphones were just banging around in the box. Third, the headphones came broken. One of the ear cups was dangling by wires and the plastic connector joint was broken. Fourth, the headphones were dirty. There were greasy prints all over the outside of them, and you could even see the outline of someone's ear in one of the earphones! Lastly, there was a grease-stained generic form letter dated January 2023, addressed to someone else, detailing how much care they give to their orders! This was literally the worst experience I've ever had buying something used online.

    I’m very disappointed, when searching and placing my order not once did it ask what type of system i needed my headphones for PS4 or 5, Xbox or anything, they instantly sent me Xbox1 headphones and that’s not what i needed, i didn’t even get to pick the right ones because this brand is for different systems and kept receiving delays on my package, y’all need to better your choosing options beside string here having people order off this app
