    I was pleased with the quick shipment and delivery of the iPhone X. The physical condition of the phone met my expectations. Unfortunately, the iPhone soon developed an issue with the display. Unfortunately, the seller did not have a replacement phone readily available. The seller responded in a quick, professional, and courteous manner to help me return the phone and issued a prompt refund. This was my first purchase through Back Market and I am impressed with the platform it offers to act as a moderator between the buyer and seller. Happy with my Back Market experience, I purchased another phone from a different vendor.

    Purchased a MacBook Pro in “fair” condition. The condition far surpasses my expectation! The right arrow key is a little scuffed, there’s a slight ding and scratches on the bottom, but otherwise it’s in near new condition.     Great!! Shipping was extraordinarily fast, faster than promised. Maybe because Christmas was around the corner. The MacBook Pro was rated "very good". After owning it for three days I finally noticed a scratch on the top. That's the only reason it was not rated "mint" that I can see. Next time I order I will try "good". Previously I ordered a "mint" iPhone SE (first gen) that was indeed, mint. A friend of mine needs a new PC. She's a waitress. She can spend $600 for a new one and be strapped, or come here and get a better computer for much less. This place is great!
