    Above and beyond! I ordered a 27” iMac in fair condition but it was near excellent. Also came with an Apple brand wireless keyboard and mouse which I was just expecting generic ones. Will definitely buy again!

    I was in the market for a used Mac and found a review if an iMac purchased from BackMarket. The company seemed to have many positive reviews so I took the plunge and bought a 2015 model. Packaging was superb and the computer was in excellent condition. The keyboard sent had several keys that did not function, so I contacted BackMarket and they agreed to send a replacement keyboard right away, no questions asked. This arrived a few days later and all is well. Based on my experience, buying a used computer that has been checked out, has a warranty, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend BackMarket!

    Got a smoking deal on this MacBook Pro 15.4-in. refurb. for my kid for Christmas (from Grandpa). It was well-packaged and was ready to go when pressing the power button. It looks durable and feels a little heavier, which is good if it were to drop (kids). He’s been using it to surf, watch videos, and play streaming games, maybe even homework. I hope to get one for myself for work. Also, excellent customer service from Greg at BackMarket.

    I really am loving my new macbook pro after about 1 month's use. It had around 92% of the original battery capacity, which was a lot higher than the 80% minimum Back Market guarantees. Would do business with these guys again for sure.

    This product was delivered exactly as advertised. The only blemish I can see on it is there's a slight nick in the topmost key on the keyboard. Other than that, it looks great. I've had it over a week, and so far, so good! It came very well packed and protected in a sturdy box and a heavy-duty, thick bubble sleeve. Oh, and did I mention that I ordered on a Thursday, and it arrived on Sunday? Much better timing than I expected. My husband has ordered products from BackMarket, and recommended the site. My coworkers and I, having been working at home as designers for the last 8 months, were all laid off from our jobs on the same day. We'd been employed for years, and suddenly were all going to be without equipment which we would need to freelance. Almost all of us ordered from BackMarket and were able to get almost new MacBook Pros for considerably less than we thought we would have to spend. I would highly recommend BackMarket.
