    I'm still getting used to the track pad's shortcuts and how they're slightly different than the Mac book air, yet that will just take some time. The track pad sensitivity is great and the entire computer looks practically new. I've updated the operating system with no issues. I love this Mac Book Pro as I love the efficiency and user-friendliness of all Apple products.

    Except for noticeable dent around the power plug-in, that does some problem with the charging thingy to Stay in - it falls out too easily - it otherwise has been working great. the keyboard responds great and the screen is sharp. Runs pretty quick for 7 year old laptop.

    I love my iMac. I've never had a desktop Mac before, and I love the giant screen, loud sound, and high-quality resolution. It runs great. My only minor complaint is that it's slow on start-up, which I imagine is because it's refurbished from 2017, but this problem is solved by not turning it on and off very much. Though my order didn't at first arrive with the keyboard and mouse, I wrote to my seller about the mishap, and they sent both right away. They work and look great. I don't think I'd buy a brand new Mac product again.

    I am vey satisfied with my new MacBook Pro 16 inches. It looks like new, I didn't find any scratches. I was afraid to buy a refurbished computer, but it turned out to be a very good deal. The computer came with the original charger in a box (not an Apple one) and well packaged and protected. The delivery was quick (two days before the estimated day).     The iMac was delivered very quickly, was packaged beautifully, and we even asked for replacement accessories which were very quickly accommodated. We are always stuck between feeling nervous about getting something refurbished while at the same time wanting to be mindful about waste and not buy new things. This was such a good choice for us. Also, I get skeptical about glowing reviews...but no one gave us anything to say we were this happy...other than a good product and good customer service!

    I bought the "Good" version which promises "100% functional after being tested" and "made good as new by professional refurbishers" Unfortunately this model has visible burns on the bottom of the screen when the screen is lit up, and I see additional burnout after keeping certain images on the screen for a couple of hours. It goes away after a few days, but I would not consider this condition "good as new" or "100% functional".
