    I ordered the phone the week of Christmas and it somehow arrived the very next day. I haven't had any issues with the device itself, just figuring out case preferences (hinge protection or not). Overall it's been a great purchase and I'm so glad to have the phone I wanted at a price I could afford and to have it be paid in full is the best peace of mind.     I little misdirection and a little my fault, but not exactly what I thought. If you were to search this product, it’s very clear that the image has a pin attached to it. After ordering, I found out that pin was not included. The tablet itself is up to par, but I was a little disappointed in the advertisement making it seem if this was a complete package purchase. If I knew I would’ve had to buy the pin myself, I may have gone with an apple product.

    I ordered an unlocked device and it came locked to AT&T. I was unable to use it and while BackMarket was good about the return label, I am still waiting on my reimbursement. It was a bummer because the phone was in great condition and a good deal and I spent money on a case and screen protector that were not returnable

    The listing as 'Unlocked' is misleading, but not quite incorrect. The phone I ordered is in great condition, but I was surprised when I turned it on to see the set carrier as AT&T... which was a problem when it wouldn't accept my Verizon SIM card. Initially I was disappointed, but BackMarket responded quick to my questions about fixing this. I was directed to contact AT&T to unlock the phone. Through MUCH clicking around their website and stumbling through an 'unlock request', I found out that I needed to download the AT&T Device Unlock app. This app let me unlock the phone and switch to my Verizon SIM card. So, technically this device was able to be unlocked, but takes extra steps to set up. I imagine other people like me that aren't super tech savvy would have a very hard time figuring this all out, especially with out being warned at time of purchase. As of now, the phone is working great and I am receiving messages and calls as usual through my carrier. The phone still has some AT&T apps that I can't remove, but I guess I can just ignore them. The price was great, and hopefully the device gets a few good years of use without any tech issues. However, this 'Unlocked' listing should have a guide or disclaimer letting buyers know the steps they need to take to actually get the device unlocked. All in all, I am currently happy with the purchase.

    Fast shipping, condition as stated, and included a cable and generic charger but the good ends there. Falsely advertised as unlocked and the preinstalled AT&T unlocker app failed. No tray tool and no manuals. Back Market's customer service was cordial but online only (no phone number) so the return wasn’t easy but was credited promptly. Great price but will probably buy new to avoid disappointment again.
