    The laptop had dirt?? in parts of the speakers. And there were dings and scratches. It wasn't in excellent condition at all. Also trackpad and touchscreen weren't working. I sent the laptop back for repair. Will update my review accordingly based off that. But really, don't sell a laptop as excellent quality when it's anything but. My sister had gotten her laptop from Back Market, but from another seller and had no issues. I should've double checked the reviews. Customer service from Back Market was good about trying to address the issues though. Shoutout to Omar for all his hardwork.
