    The product was not the color or the quality I ordered and the computer was not clean. I ordered a white chrome book and it was black. I asked for the seller to just send me the white one I ordered and he has tried talking me into keeping the black one and giving me 10.00. I asked for a shipping label to be sent so I could send back the product and get a refund and I haven’t received one yet. This was my first time using backmarket and I have been horribly disappointed.
