    The customer service great, they were fast to ship it to me and kept me updated every step of the way. However I did not like the product. Came to me dirty, even had what looks to be beard hair on the keyboard. Icons on the screen keep flashing and when I first opened to check it out the screen was resetting over and over. Disappointed because this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. I understand I was buying used and it wouldn't be perfect but it said it was in good condition and this doesn't seem like good condition to me.

    I received the wrong machine--one I could not use. Apparently they didn't even have the one I ordered. They apologized and offered to sell me the one I received for half price (which is what the substitute was worth.) When I declined, they sent me a return label. I don't know if that was an honest mistake or bait and switch. I am awaiting a refund. It was returned on Thursday. It's Monday now. They said I would receive a refund 48 hours after they show a return. I shall withhold judgement until then.
