    Hi, I received the computer well packaged and with no damage to the box. The computer itself looks virtually flawless so your rating of "Excellent" was spot on. Other than stumbling around for a week trying to figure out how to use it, the operation was very smooth. My week of stumbling was due to me being a lifelong Windows user, so lots of things are different and I still haven't got all the keyboard shortcuts memorized. I had thought that since I have had iPhones, iPads and Apple Watches for years the transition to Mac would be a little easier.......but I was wrong. It's slowly getting better however. I have only had one major problem with hardware since I got this computer. When I first set it up the apple friendly keyboard and mouse that you supplied with it worked beautifully by just plugging them in to the Mac. Then, about 2 days later, the keyboard and the mouse quit working (with Bluetooth). I have checked all the settings I can find on the Mac and repeatedly tried to get both of them to pair again with the Mac....but to no avail. The only thing I was able to do was to take the wireless USB antenna from the back of the mouse and plug it in to the Mac. Then the mouse will work. But not with Bluetooth and no keyboard with Bluetooth. I don't know if this is a common problem or not. I have tried using help forums to fix it but nothing helped. To have a keyboard at all I had to get out an old Dell wired keyboard and plug it in to USB on the Mac. Most things are usable on it but some keys are different from the Apple keyboard......so it creates some confusion at times. If you could give me a step by step repair solution to this problem it would be greatly appreciated. If not, maybe there is is a problem with the Apple keyboard and mouse that would need to be replaced by your company. I did however want to thank you for a Mac spec upgrade. It turned out that this Mac actually was a 4.2 GHz Quad Core Intel Core i7........not a 3.4GHz Intel Core i5 (a bit speedier) as it says in your paperwork. I guess you can thank your vendor for that upgrade. So, please let me know what you can do to alleviate this keyboard and mouse problem. Thanks for your help and a good shipment ! James

    The wrong charger was sent along with the laptop. A blue tip round mouth, meanwhile the laptop uses the Type C. I had to buy that myself. I setup the computer, only to find out it has no sound (input and output). I had to resort to the use of a bluetooth speaker for output.
