    I purchased the iMac 21.5" Retina (Mid-2017) with 8GB of RAM and a 1TB internal HDD and I love it. It's an amazing machine and mine was what they considered "good". Well, I am here to tell you this one was excellent in my book. Updated to the Monterey OS and it runs like a champ. (Understand that HDD will not be as fast as newer SSD, but for the product purchased, this was great.). I will eventually install more RAM (currently 8 gigs but will update to 32 GB) and probably update the 1TB HDD to an SSD, but I have to say I would do business again in a heartbeat. Great price, great refurb work and fast service, both in terms of ordering and shipping/arrival. I will admit that I had my doubts about ordering a computer over the internet, but these folks came through and I am appreciative. Thank you, BackMarket and their service folks for an excellent purchase experience. (FYI, I am a tech guy myself, but didn't have the time to go searching due to work responsibilities, but these guys did as good or better than what I would have myself.) Thanks again for a great experience and a great refurbished product.

    I paid for the iPhone 12 Black in "Excellent Condition". What I received was an iPhone 12 with deep gouges on the back of the phone. Really disappointed I paid $400 for a phone that was in fair condition at best. Not happy at all but this is a Christmas gift so there is no time to return it. Please inspect phones before using a 3rd party vendor if you're going to charge that much.

    Thought the cell phone wasn't going to work using fingerprint feature util I took the screen saver off which was made of a really thick plastic. It also his a couple of scratches on the face of the phone which was labeled as mint condition...other than that-got received it in a few days, so that part was fast.

    Purchased this phone in June of 2021. It was listed in “fair” condition and arrived with minor cosmetic imperfections, hardly noticeable really. The phone operated properly and had no issues the 2 years I owned it. The reason I’m getting a new phone is I smashed this one when I closed my car door onto it, twice!! Surprisingly it still functioned after that but the camera was busted and there was major screen damage. Hoping my new purchase goes as well as the previous!
