    There is a problem with my new purchase iPhone XR. My display screen as well as some apps were white. I used the Setup to change display to dark and the background turned black. Problem is I repeat to go back to light, it does not work. Thus Iam now stuck with a permenant black display. Product quality is very poor.

    I've purchased quite a few products from Back Market and have always been pleasantly surprised at the quality. They've always exceeded my expectations. This time, I purchased an S21 in "Excellent" condition (which is the condition I normally choose) and felt it was graded a step higher than it should be based on the quality descriptions. The back of the phone was scuffed pretty significantly and the screen had a scratch definitely visible from 8 inches away. I chose to keep the phone for a few reasons; I didn't want to wait to send it back and order a new one, I always keep it in a case, so the back isn't visible, the phone works well so far and the scratch is less noticeable when the phone is being used. I still think Back Market is the best place to buy refurbished electronics, I just might choose a seller with a higher rating next time.
