    The face of the watch came off after wearing it twice. Overall, this is not the first time I have had issues with purchasing Backmarket products and overall I think I MIGHT be 50/50 on their merchandise (in fact I think maybe an Iphone and Ipad are the only thing I've ever kept.

    Fantastic experience. I will probably never buy new tech again! I’ve had my refurbished 2015 MacBook Pro for a few weeks now, and so far it works beautifully. My laptop was ordered in “fair” condition, but aside from a couple of tiny dings along the edges, it looks practically new. I was concerned about screen delamination, but the screen is actually in great shape. Very impressed! The only issue I’ve had is that the brightness controls on the keyboard don’t work, but this is quite insignificant for me given that I almost always use a separate, Bluetooth keyboard where those keys do work, and I almost never adjust the brightness, anyway. I was able to update to the latest operating system with no issues. Basic programs and web browsing run speedily. All the ports work, the keyboard types smoothly when I do use it, and the trackpad is like silk under my fingers. Shipping was fast and the package arrived on time. The product was somewhat dusty inside the packing, but fully intact (and that’s what counts IMO). For the price I paid, this machine is an absolute steal! I have no doubt I will be back the next time I need new tech.

    I bought this laptop at "fair condition" rates, and it was still immaculate and worked great. There was a small, diminutive scratch on the Apple logo, but that was all I found that made it different than buying it brand new. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend BackMarket's refurbished items to anyone. Saving the environment from e-waste is just a bonus because nothing was sacrificed in purchasing this product.

    Condition listed as Good but the item came in what I feel constituted essentially Like New. The item, which I understand that there will be variation based on different refurbishers, came in an Apple box with all supporting documentation. The box had a little wear, but the keyboard inside was pristine. It has worked flawlessly and has become an absolutely essential accessory to my particular iPad needs. Should something happen to this Magic Keyboard, I will replace it without hesitation, and I will be using BackMarket to replace it.

    Honestly I was expecting the best out of backmarket. Read lots o reviews of items arriving in excellent condition which motivated me to buy and IPhone 13 128gb Unlocked. I bought it Good condition and the phone I received is exactly what is remarked by the fair condition. The phone came all scratched up and battery level was on 86% one over the bare minimum. I wouldn’t be upset if I didn’t pay more to get a better condition phone however this was not the case. Ordered good received fair. Very upset with their claim of the different conditions. Wouldn’t even bother on paying extra for the better condition options you would probably get the lowest condition possible. I’m seriously considering not purchasing from this website again.
