    The battery life is quite disappointing. I don’t use the phone much, I don’t scroll and don’t watch videos…., and I need to charge it at least twice a day. The battery health & charging on settings indicates that it’s over 80% however the test conducted following the instructions provided by Back Market showed the battery health at 72%.

    i ordered a “good”, it came in with very noticeable chips on the corner where you can see the inside of it shine, same goes for the back, there are noticeable scratches on the screen, i don’t know if that’s what is considered “good”, i’m also not surprised that the charger it came with is bad, overall the function of the phone is pretty good

    I felt great about this phone until the glass on the back cracked. I dropped it from three feet with a case on it that boasted protection from 10 ft or less. Also, I thought the screen was going to be bigger. Plus, there is barely anything gold about this phone. Maybe it used to be, but its def not now.

    At first, I was pleased with my purchase. I am a missionary who lives in Peru. While in the States, I purchased this phone, which appeared to be fine. It functions well. However, just recently the "magic" screen protector installed on the phone cracked so I finally took the time to replace it. When I removed the originally installed screen protector, it had a jell-like layer between the glass and the screen. To my surprise, there was an actual crack in the upper right-hand corner of the phone screen that had "disappeared" with the jell-like screen protector on it, as well as some issues towards the bottom of the screen. These problems were completely not visible before, but certainly there, after removing the protector. I paid hard-earned money for a phone in "excellent" condition, only to find out later that it was not in excellent condition at all! My advice is to remove any screen protector upon receiving your product to ensure you are getting the product that they are claiming to provide you! I'm in Peru, and have no easy recourse for getting this issue solved, unless BackMarket reaches out to help with a solution. If they do, I might change my mind, but right now, I am not a happy camper!

    so far, so good! works fine & looks fine there were a few scratches on the outside but other than that no complaints. ordered on the 27th and it came Jan 2nd. it’s my first macbook ever so i’m still learning how to use it. i’ve gotten my ipad from backmarket too and that’s still going strong! id definitely purchase from them again
