    Bought an iPhone 11 and had to return it. Bought it in fair condition so expected the scratches in the screen and could get over that (they sent it with a screen protector at least). The issue was that the phone would shut off randomly (sometimes it would restart and other times not). So I did a bunch of troubleshooting but nothing helped. It became unusable.
