    So far so good. Pad works well. I'm transitioning from Android so it's a little learning curve for me. The pad looks nice. Had some sticky, gummy stuff on the front surface, but I just cleaned it and it's fine. I will definitely use BackMarket again!

    Not bad at all, only thing different from what I ordered was the band is gray not white as show in the app. Now if you just hadn't updated the watch to the new watch os which won't pair with my old iphone 7 plus with ios 15.? So I had to order a new phone from you to use the apple watch.

    Like my phone, the package arrived in a timely manner, faster than anticipated. Packaging was subpar, but it’s used so a pass there. I’m frustrated because the watch band it came with is a knock off Temu band replica , or it’s just broken. I took it to apple and the informed that it seemed genuine, but was missing multiple magnetic locking points don’t won’t sit flush and slips out. That band new is $100 and can take a while to be revived. At that price , the savings is not really there given the CR of the item, once again, just like my phone, did not match the condition as reported. If it’s got a busted band, this need to be disclosed, if a screen has major scratches that you can catch with you fingernail, the condition is not a step down from excellent. Buyer beware.

    The item specifies CAMCORDER. The listing specifies 12 megapixel. The item received is just a mounting bracket (WyzeCam Window Mount) Renaming items and using specs like 12 megapixels is just fraudulent. Backmarket is a certified B Corporation - and I started using it to avoid e-waste. I've gotten the wrong item sent due to incorrect listings - and the time and effort to ship back and forth, return to post office, packaging - all negates that.

    I love the cosmetic condition it came in, but my one complaint would definitely have to be the battery health. It came with 77% battery capacity which is under par for a good condition Apple Watch, I paid for a fair condition watch a year or two back and it came with 86%. It’s very disappointing.

    Shipping was quick so that's a plus. However, I did not receive the phone I paid for. I paid for a purple iPhone and received a blue one instead.
