    I purchased two Iphone 13 pro Max smartphones one for myself and one for my son. I was sent an iPhone 13 pro instead of an iPhone 13 pro MAX. The website and app does not allow me to start a return request. After I was assigned a specialist to help me with my case, it’s been a week and I haven’t heard back from anyone. My son is still phone-less. I added a picture showing my Pro Max next to the Pro that was sent to me instead (Gold).

    My experience buying with Backmarket was great. However, after a few days of having my phone, I noticed a few issues. The screen went completely green after a couple days, but went back to normal after reboot. Secondly, and sadly, I dropped my phone while I was feeding my dog. I had a Castify phone cover and tempered glass screen. The phone got a deep large crack that I know must have been on its way as I’d never dropped the phone before. My only suggestion is to keep in mind the cumulative wear and tear that could have occurred prior to your owning the phone. While it’s on me for dropping the phone, it should now have completely cracked after 1 drop with a strong phone case.
