    My laptop came super quickly and is in essentially mint condition! Doesn't operate like a pre-owned computer at all, is just as fast, clean, and operational as a brand new one at half the price. The touchpad works perfectly, the display is clear, and it was very easy to move all of my personal info over. Very happy I went with Backmarket instead of some other company or even through Apple themselves and my wallet is even happier!

    This is the 2nd Macbook Pro I've purchased from you guys and both have been awesome. I upgraded at the time of purchase to more memory and chose both in "fair" condition but was amazed when I received them. Both were in flawless condition with no dents or scratches I could see so I was really pleased. I used to buy refurbished from one of your competitors but your choices and final product has blown them out of the water. I'll be back again for sure.

    When I received it, look good, connected to my phone, few to no blemishes(depending how close you are), and love the look of it. I mostly got it to track workouts anyways in my gym there’s a pool and I swim laps and wanted to track my heart rate and everything, well after I got out and showered I looked at my watch and idk if there’s a screen protector on it or the screen is pealing off and that’s the reason I’m giving it a 4 star.

    I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro, which was listed in good condition, but the seller sent one that was only fair, with scratches on the screen. Thankfully, Back Market provided excellent support and resolved the issue quickly. That said, I wanted to leave this note about the seller and the compensation offered (only 5%) which doesn’t feel entirely fair, but I guess it’s better than nothing.
