    Purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max, unlocked. As your website states a minimum of 80% battery health; the phone sent to me had an 85% battery health. The price was fair. It was described in the "Good" category condition. To me it looked like it was in excellent condition. I took the phone to a Verizon store for a sim card and set up; setup went smoothly; everything works. I'm very happy with my purchase from BackMarket. In the future, I would use BackMarket for my next phone purchase.

    Everything went fine. The device was a lot bigger than I thought it would be but I drilled another hole and mounted it. I am having trouble getting the cam to mount to the backing plate. It wants to hook at the bottom or top but not both.

    Buying Experience = Great, Trade-In Experience = Not Great New iPhone is in perfect condition - arrived quickly and was easy to activate. BIG savings from buying a new phone! I also traded in my old phone - Now the trade-in experience is an issue. The BackMarket refurbisher is only offering me $58 versus the $169 that was originally offered. NOT OK. This feels like a huge bait and switch to me - the phone I sent is in the exact condition I said it was in. I could have traded my phone for ~$160 to Apple or for much more with a different carrier (for a newer device than the one I purchased from BackMarket.) The $169 offer was the reason I went with an older, new-to-me iPhone. I'm NOT HAPPY with this counteroffer and want the original offer reinstated. I packed my old phone very carefully (have photos) and cannot fathom it got damaged. Thank you for addressing this promptly, BackMarket.

    My first purchase through this platform so I went the "Excellent" option and wanted to trade-in my current one. Unfortunately, The device itself kept crashing randomly and I had to return it. The only major benefit was their Back Market Support Team being extremely helpful with the situation. I would put more blame on the 3rd party refurbisher, but I don't think I'll be purchasing from Back Market again (who knows, maybe just bad luck). I hope this doesn't discourage any other potential buyers, but this can happen to you.
