    This was my second experience using Backmarket. The first time, I needed to get a phone for a student of mine that was in a tough situation and needed a phone (that I could afford). When it was such a success, I came back to check on Apple Watches. My Series 3 (that I got Brand new from Apple) in 2017 felt on the ground while charging and cracked the screen. After I researched, it appeared it would cost the same to repair as it would to replace. So I turned to Back Market again. I was THRILLED with the watch when it arrived. It was in 'FAIR' condition. It took me three days to find a minuscule shallow scratch on the very left. Can only barely see it in the right light. The watch has been amazing. EXACTLY what I needed. It arrived in two days. Paired without issue. Working without issue. Plan on revisiting Back Market for some Christmas gifts.

    The product came with no scratch and looks band new. The only problem is that it disconnects from my phone by itself and then doesn’t reconnect. When I do reconnect it, only the left side plays the song and then it disconnects by itself again. This happens all the time that I don’t really wear them anymore.

    Me personally I was expecting just the TV in a box wrapped in bubble wrap, but I was genuinely ecstatic to see it was included in the original Apple packaging with the cables, the remote, the stickers and cable. It came with much more than I expected. I am not sure if that is standard or if it was luck of the draw but I am happy with it. The electronics themselves were in good shape as well. The remote is flawless, and the box has some signs of wear but because of the black plastic it is perfectly acceptable. Much happier with it and what came with it than I expected. Backmarket continues to impress me. Highly recommend.

    I wouldn’t have known this wasn’t new if I hadn’t ordered it myself. The watch works great, was in great condition. The only hitch was the included charging cable, which is lower quality and works less reliably than the Apple cable. But for the price, I’m very happy indeed.

    Very very surprised that this device pretty much had no cons at all for it being “fair” condition. Battery health is 100%, all functional buttons and apps along with being very responsive. Only con is small scratches which isn’t a big deal to me. I mean what do you expect for a used device? Overall very happy with purchase and will continue to purchase items from here.

    I purchased this phone last night. It is a gift for my son. I woke up to a message of "Good news - your order has been refunded." I did not ask for a refund. I want the phone, or at least some explanation of why this happened. Then maybe I will understand if I need to purchase another, or what is happening. And I have yet to hear back from customer service. Whatever is going on, it is not being handled professionally or appropriately.
