    Messaged seller asap , iphone arrived in MINT condition in regards to appearance. However it was dead on arrival so I charged it for my kid and we noticed it was very hot! We took it off charger and it cooled off a bit. Every time we charge it the heat comes back to the back of the phone. Also the battery does not last at all! It says 100% battery but yet it dies very quick. It makes me wonder if they even inspected this phone prior to shipping to me ….. not a good buy. Reached out to seller asap and it’s been 24hrs still no response. Will ship phone back. I feel ripped off.

    The Refurbished Apple Series 3 watch wouldn't sync with any of the 4 iphones in the house, all with different versions of ios. After talking to Apple Tech Support, my son took it to an Apple store and they sent it in to have the software upgraded on the watch. Apple ended up replacing the watch. So...I'm not sure if the watch was defective or if it was just easier to replace it with a new one...??

    First time ordering anything off BackMarket so I was a little skeptical, but I was extremely pleased with what I received. I ordered an iPod touch 7th generation in fair condition and it came almost in perfect condition really. It just has a couple small scratches near the charger port , barely noticeable.
