    I ordered an iPhone 7 with 128GB memory. I was sent an iPhone 7 with 32GB memory using USPS. I mailed it back. I was sent another package. Contents unknown because after one attempt to deliver, it has been returned to BackMarket. Not sure why it wasn't mailed the same It has been two weeks and I still don't have what I ordered and paid for. Still working on resolving one mistake followed by another. After nearly 3 weeks and unclear communications, my item arrived. The quality is great and I am pleased with item. A simple mistake of shipping an inferior item caused more trouble than necessary.

    I looked high an low for a phone. My wife told me about your site so I checked it out. Read some of the reviews an I placed my order. Later that night the wife an I started to look for a phone for her. Started reading more reviews an got pretty nerves. All'S we seem to find were bad ones. People not getting their phone, refunds just all kinds of bad things. Not being a rich person, $250 is ALOT of money. I kept checking the tracking info on it. It made it here when it was supposed to.     Following delivery of the iPhone I crafted a glowing response to the Google Customer Review request I received regarding Back Market. If I had a copy in front of me I would cut and paste it here.
