    This is the first phone I've ever bought for myself and I am very happy with my purchase. I haven't had a new phone in YEARS, so I really needed a new one. I would totally recommend this phone for someone on a budget. However, I had some issues with the delivery that upset me. My phone was supposed to arrive on a specific date, but when it didn't I really started to worry. It turns out my address wasn't "valid". This was upsetting because every time I use my address on other sites, it works just fine. So, I had to speak with the seller and get it shipped somewhere else. I was pretty anxious, but it arrived a couple days later.... at my original address. I'm not frustrated about this at all, just confused. I had to go through the extra steps and extra worry only to have my phone end up where it was supposed to go. But, that was my only issue with this purchase. There are no issues with the phone whatsoever and I appreciate the seller communicating with me in a quick and clear fashion. If you decide to purchase this, make sure your address always works and try speaking to the seller before buying. I will update this review if there are any issues with the device. 03/20/2022

    Although the phone was labeled as “fair” I thought it looked perfect. It was a s great condition. Everything seemed to work seamlessly, until I tried to use my ear buds. I tried multiple pairs and checked the settings but can’t seem to get them to work. Also, the shipping took 2 weeks, not 3 days. But, other then that, the phone is very nice and works great. Thank you Back Market!!!

    To begin with, I am happy with my phone. The s20 is an awesome phone and this was literally the *only* one I could find in my price range. It was listed as 'Good' condition, which is what I wanted, but I was willing to take 'Fair'. Good thing, because this phone is absolutely only 'Fair' condition, based on the website guidelines. There are light scratches on the screen, something a 'Good' phone isn't supposed to have. Another thing, the phone is black, not grey as listed. That's inconsequential, but another thing that was different from description. But again, I am happy with the phone, and didn't want to send it back. I would have still bought it at that price if it had been listed as 'Fair,' as it should have been.

    The phone seems mostly fine. Some kinks, it's installed a system update 3 times. Which is weird. Not all my files transferred from my old phone so I lost a couple of important things that I needed. That is challenging. If I had gone to a store to check it out I may not have purchased this model due to some user options not being available. .but it has a lot of memory! It was clean and partially charged on arrival.
