    Everything was what I ordered BUT there is no way to chat with a tech. No way to email them or they are hiding it so well I can't find it. I've been everywhere on the site and can't find it I have tried for months to get to a chat or send an email because my phone resets often (sometimes 4 time a day) So to me their warranty is worthless. I have lost data so I will have to replace this phone but NOT from Back Market.
