    The seller sent a phone different than the one I thought I was , I sent it back and I understand that there's a little bit of a process but almost 2 weeks later I have no phone and I keep being put off by the seller. They haven't followed the so called rules that Back market put in place so I'm concerned about getting any kind of resolution right now. So I'm out $250 and don't have a phone. Maybe luckily since I paid for the extra coverage I'll at least get my money back, some day?
