    Love the product, delivery and support. The phone was is better condition than advertised! Sprint was the only glitch. I had to go into a Sprint store to get a new SIM card and start the service. Not fun in a pandemic. It would have helped to be warned about that step.

    major scartches on the frame of camera, Charging port is really dirty, so dirty i had to clean it or i had trouble with charge. charging cable was really low quality. bent if not careful.(and i was careful with it since its a new phone.) and battery dies quicker than expected(could be a old battery or could be just me.)

    Device arrived with charging issues (the usb port would not charge if the usb c cable was plugged in upside down), customer service was quick to respond but misinterpreted my issue report as a bad cable, luckily, the return process was set up quickly after restating the issue. I got my full refund, but I question the testing procedures performed that allowed a device with hardware functionality issues to ship as "good condition".
