    I chose a “Good” condition iPhone but it arrived like new. Only difference from the original was that it came with a non OEM charging cable and block. Which is fine because they work. Very very happy with this purchase and already telling my friends about backmarket.

    Product came in the condition as was listed in description. Sound is clear and functions well, especially with Hey Siri. The one problem I have with the product is that the built-in microphone is not very clear; phone calls are difficult since my voice comes through muffled and I have to practically shout in order for the other person to hear me. Good product, would buy refurbished again.

    I ordered my girlfriend a Samsung S20 FE 5g in excellent condition. The phone got to her house today and it is far from excellent condition. The back of the phone is scratched bad enough that she noticed it as soon as she opened the box. After she had a little more time with the phone why setting it up, she noticed that the top back of the phone is separated like it had been pride apart with to much force and warped the back. I paid the premium for and excellent condition phone and got a fair at best. I'm worried that moisture will be able to get into the phone and cause a shock hazard...and who's to say what else will be found wromg after more time with it.

    The product is great and I am happy with it, but I paid extra for a two-day ship and received it in 3 days. When I ask for the extra money back they gave me a 5% discount on my next purchase that expires in 30 days. I think that this is ridiculous like I need to buy a second phone when I just got one.

    Pretty much as described, not brand new but everything works. The back glass had a big gash in it, but since I have a case anyway it doesn't show, nor do I really even care. The battery was replaced and so was the front screen which is basically all you really need if you are buying this product with the intention of using it in a case anyway. I mean for basically half off this was a hell of a bargain!

    The delivery was early. The device is physically flawless, as near as I can tell. It seems to work great. My only issue is that I couldn't simply swap the SIM between my old phone and my new phone. I am not sure why. It could be T-Mobile's issue. I had to call them a couple of times to get it corrected.
