    NOT advertised as locked to any specific carrier, this product came locked to AT&T and was entirely unusable on my carrier. I looked into requirements to have it unlocked but quickly hit a brick wall. The product was locked because someone had YET to finish the contract to pay for it! Not only was this an inappropriate (perhaps illegal) sale, it was a waste of my time.
