    Big visible scratches dirt and grime between the crown on the watch and the microphone is completely broken it doesn’t pick anything other that static noise like if you blow on the microphone. I was so disappointed and now I have to pay for the package to be sent back to them even though they sent it in a bubble bag. I’m still waiting for my refund and what they will say.

    Bought this phone which didn't meet the battery health guarantee. I returned it where I was told I'd recieve a replacement. I then was told I was receiving a refund with no explanation. Then I found out I wasn't getting a full refund and instead would be charged for a "QA" fee which is ridiculous that I'm paying for your quality which obviously doesn't work since my phone didn't meet the basic standards. I've reached reached out to customer service numerous times which takes several hours to over a day to respond. I asked for my issue to be escalated and it was ignored, requiring me to file bad reviews and other complaints. Terrible customer service and practices.
