    I wish I could leave a positive review. The phone appeared in EXCELLENT condition, BUT... it had software on it which was tied to an organization. Upon attempting to set up the phone a warnining "your phone is not secure.......everything may be seen and accessed" (along those lines).... I'm not even sure the phone was technically "unlocked" for any carrier as I didn't get that far.....it appeared the software could not be removed... but what do I know as I'm not an educated "tech" with the knowledge required to clean out the phones they sell. I was so excited when I received the phone.... looking so forward to having a Pixel brand, which I've wanted for a few years... oh well, I guess fate had other ideas for me. I chose to have a refund as I did not want to take a chance on another one (and continue to pay interest on the payment which was made) just to end up being totally disappointed again. I'm not sure who dropped the ball.... but do you ever get the feeling of "why me?" when you read the great reviews people leave? Was it the "refurbisher?"... if so, my feelings are Back Market should in no way allow them to continue to supply phones through Back Market.... Perhaps it would be different if things were mailed next day delivery and have the ability to return via next day delivery as my delivery took longer than expected as there were delays with Fedex (does that suprise anyone?) due to weather or whatever the current day reason they find....After customer service responded to me (it was a bit rocky in the beginning), I had a wonderful customer rep take over who followed the entire return process and kept in contact with me... "cudos" for this part of the entire disappointed process!

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I paid for a Premium condition iPhone 15 Pro Max, and what I received was nowhere near that standard. The battery health was at 79%, and the phone immediately showed a “Service Recommended” warning from Apple, meaning the battery already needs replacement. That is not even “Excellent” condition, let alone Premium. To make things worse, the shipping was delayed, which caused me to lose money on another return I was coordinating. This turned what should have been a simple purchase into a stressful and frustrating situation. After all of this, the seller initially offered only $20 in compensation, and after multiple back-and-forth messages, increased it to just $30. For a device in this condition, that is honestly unacceptable and does not reflect the price paid or the condition advertised. If you are paying for Premium, expect Premium. This seller does not meet that standard. I would strongly recommend choosing a different seller.
