    Watch works as it should. But didn’t come in the condition I ordered it in kind of disappointed in that. Also had troubles setting it up but finally got it to work. This is my third purchase from back market so it’s not to much of a big deal considering I ordered 2 phones and they came in excellent condition so maybe just a sellers thing. Be cautious using this seller.

    I really wanted to love this purchase, but my experience with Tech 4C LLC was a total letdown. As a student, I needed a reliable phone, so I decided to spend the extra money for a "Premium" condition iPhone 15 Pro Max, expecting the guaranteed 90%+ battery health and a flawless exterior that Back Market promises for this tier. Unfortunately, that is not what showed up. The phone I received had 86% battery health and over 600 charge cycles, and the physical condition was definitely not the "flawless" look advertised. It felt like I paid for a premium experience and received a standard used device. To make matters worse, the return process has been a huge headache. I’ve been without a phone for over two weeks now, which is a massive inconvenience when you're trying to manage school work. I initially asked for a replacement since I had already bought a case and screen protector, but after seeing that they don't even have premium models in stock anymore, I’ve lost all trust in this seller. I've given up on them and requested a full refund so I can just go buy a device elsewhere. If you need a phone you can actually rely on, I’d highly recommend looking at a different seller or just going to a store in person. While, the backmarket support was good enough, at least they replied and they were first saying they will give me 5% off promo for next purchase but they didn't I don't know the why they already cloased the conversation about that matter, they said I will get my money back in 5 days and I am currently waiting.

    I ordered the iPhone 15 in premium condition and it arrived to me dirty, battery dead and with only 85% battery capacity when I was expecting 90%-100%. Why would I spend over $460 for a new phone with a battery I’m going to have to replace in a year? I spent several days messaging back and forth with the help team and since it would have been more of a nuisance to return the phone for yet another especially because I already applied a new $30 screen protector trusting that I reviewed what I paid for, a 5% discount on a new order wouldn’t have been worth it. I agreed to receive $15 to keep the phone in the condition I actually received. I haven’t had an issue with my previous purchases here, but I definitely won’t return in the future. How can you trust whatever gets sent to you if backmarket isn’t actually vetting the products? They’re being sold from 3rd party sellers. No thanks!

    overall device works just fine so far but only thing that kinda bugged me was that the phone had a lot of dents and chips all over the metal bezels of the phone. and it also had burnt in marks/scratches on rear glass plus both bottom and front speaker grills have some strange white caked in material that I cannot remove. This phone should actually fall into the fair or maybe good category but not under excellent.
