    The Pixel 9 Pro I received was physically in great shape—no scratches, though the polished rails have a slight green tint that seems unusual for the Grey model (it's not called out in the description). Battery life is stellar, lasting 2–3 days with light use, and the desktop mode works perfectly. However, the "fully unlocked" description was inaccurate. While physical SIMs work on MVNOs like Tello, the eSIM is locked to T-Mobile. More concerningly, the phone arrived with a third-party custom ROM and an unlocked bootloader. I had to manually flash the stock Android OS and re-lock the bootloader to clear security warnings. For the premium price paid, I expected a factory-standard experience. Now that it's fixed, the phone is great, but be prepared to do some tech setup.
