    I received a phone with the passcode still on it and if it wasn’t for me having an Apple device already, I would have to return it and get my money back, but because I have just took the time to figure it out, I was able to reset the phone and remove the passcode. That was not a great experience and someone else that don’t know would have two had just returned the phone and got the money back and that’s not experience. I’m pretty sure that you guys want for customers so you have to do better with that. Besides that the phone was in great condition the screen the body everything was free or scratches the battery was in Great condition so besides a little hiccup, everything was great but you have to do better with making sure that the phones are properly inspected prior to them being shipped out thanks

    Worst few days of a new phone ever. Got everything transferred from old phone onto the 14 no problem so I deleted old phone info ( my fault). Then tried to use the phone it kept completely shutting off and had to reboot with password each time. Thought it was an error from some setting asked You and AI and tech friends no one could figure it out. Didn’t have a phone to transfer to. So went to The Apple Store and asked they said it looked like the Logic Board. Bought a new phone so I would not have to be so frustrated again. Paid for the excellent condition really disappointed. Returning for full refund.
