    I am never buying a new device again. An employee spilled water on our reception desk computer, and I was so stressed thinking I was going to have to drop thousands on a replacement.     I am pleased with my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The phone was as advertised and I got it at a fair price. It is fully functional and I feel confident with the Back Market warranty provided with the purchase. The only reason I did not give BM a 5 star review is because on various different channels I could have gotten more $$$ for my iPhone 14 Plus. It appears BM could have offered more especially on a repeat customer.

    Like others I was very skeptical about buying from backmarket, especially when I kept accidentally telling my husband I was buying an iPhone from blackmarket..oops. But a high percentage of customers left great reviews and I thought…what the heck. I ordered an iPhone 14 at a great price and decided to limit my risk by ordering premium condition. Purchasing and shipping was a snap and within 2 days I had a new iPhone. This was awesome because my old iPhone would only charge if I wiggled, pushed, turned, and held the lightning charger while begging the iPhone to charge…and I was getting close to the moment the iPhone would just say NOPE I’m done! When I opened and reviewed the iPhone I was blown away…it looked New! Not a blemish and the battery health was 100%. My only issue (my fault) was that starting with iPhone 14 carrier SIM cards are no longer used…no side sim door! Freaked me out at first but honestly starting and setting up the phone was a snap and worked out great! So don’t be afraid of Activation without a SIM card, it’s simple. THANK YOU BACKMARKET’ O saves money and have a new to me iPhone which I love!

    I'm very happy to make a purchase using Backmarket, although the first order I got was not as described, but they helped me go through the replacement process. And my second order is super nice. I got the iPhone with 100% battery and only 134 cycle count. The phone came with apple warranty until June 2026 and there's only a tiny scratch on the bottom side which doesn't matter. The price is much cheaper than on other places. I used to buy renewed iPhone on amazon; they even charged CA electronic waste recycling fee for $10. Backmarket doesn't charge for this kind of fee.
