    Recieved Unlocked phone. But phone will not work with provider. When trying to speak or communicate with someone theu chat nevers works. For example the shipping label sent would not work since it was missing half the label. And, when trying to get it rectified thru the chat, the support person never responded back. So, I had to go and spend my $ to ship it back. The phone was described as being unlocked for all providers. It was still locked with some provider. Now, I am out of a phone and all I get in return is I am sorry in a canned message thru a chat line. Not a biog fan anymore with Back market!!
