    Check your battery health percentage immediately. Mine was 10% below what it should have been. Only thing that ordering from this company got me was setting up a new phone and then setting my old one back up. And about an hour round trip to a UPS store to return it. Alejandro was good to work with for the return but awful experience other than that.

    Bought a “Premium” phone and received one with 85% battery health and a visible dent. Support acknowledged this doesn’t meet their Premium standard, but refused any resolution besides returning it after setup. If your device isn’t as advertised, the burden is on you. Would not buy from Back Market again.

    I’m very disappointed with the condition of this iPhone 14, especially since it was listed as being in “excellent condition.” The battery drains extremely fast, and I have to charge the phone up to three times a day. The cosmetic condition is also below expectations, and the earpiece produces a crackling sound during calls. In addition, the Lightning port repeatedly shows a “liquid or debris detected” warning, making it difficult to charge the phone reliably even when the port is dry. Overall, the device does not match the quality I expected and has several functional issues. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with Back Market’s quality assurance process.

    I thought hard about just buying new, as new ones were on sale but decided to buy used. Every speaker hole and button edge was absolutely caked in the former owners skin gunk. I was surprised that they were able to grade the watch without cleaning it first. The watch also came with a loose fitting band that I believe is aftermarket and a knock off charger.
