    The phone itself was poor and I had to return it. A phone deemed ‘Excellent’ by Back Market was broken - upon opening the phone, the lower 2/3s of the screen constantly glitched and would black out for several seconds. Customer service experience was a little clunky, response times between emails was 24 hours. However, once the phone entered the repair/refund/replace designation the refund came quickly.
